Procedure for the Return of Meal Tickets

  1. Here are the procedures to follow in order to obtain a refund for a meal ticket:
    1. the ticket must be returned at either the Tuesday or the Friday’s ticket sale; and
    2. it is also possible for a ticket holder to get a refund after the sale of tickets on Friday and before noon the day of the meal. To do so, the ticket holder must inform the person responsible for ticket sales by email at the following address: billetterieheritagevillage@gmail.com
  2. If the person responsible for ticket sales received an email between the Friday and before noon the day of the meal, she will be available for the reimbursement at the Social Committee’s office on the 2nd floor of the Community Center near the Library, 15 minutes before mealtime.
  3. This procedure also applies for shows.
  4. If the steps listed above are not followed, no refunds will be made.
