In accordance with Florida Statues, Title XL “Real Estate and Personal Property,” Section 720.401, current parcel owners (Sellers) within Heritage Village Master Unit Owners Association are required to disclose, to a prospective purchaser(s), the obligations, restrictions, and covenants of this deed restricted community, before the prospective purchaser executes the contract for sale.
